The Pine Tones Chorus preparing for holiday concert

OCEAN PINES, Md. – The Pine Tones Chorus is coming back to spread some joy in Ocean Pines. They will be returning for their holiday concert on December 12th at 7:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Community Church of Ocean Pines.

At the event, you can catch the chorus singing popular Christmas hymns and mainstream pop songs.

The group has been visiting and singing to seniors during house visitation hours to prepare for the big concert.

Now they are more than excited to sing for the entire community.

Group members tell WMDT the impact their music makes on the community is why they bring this tradition back year after year.

“First of all, we love doing it. We just finished up our last 2 nursing home visits yesterday. This woman came up and said, I just want to tell you how this made my day, I’m 94 years old.”
