Salisbury Chamber hosting the 2026 Southern Delmarva Economic Forecast

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 38th annual Southern economic forecast on December 5th. The event will be at 7 a.m. in Salisbury University’s Guerrieri Academic Commons.

It will include regional economists and business leaders who will analyze the challenges facing regional, national, and global economies.

There will also be an Eastern Shore Delegation luncheon to follow, the event centers around what regional economists and business leaders say are the biggest challenges in the climate.

Salisbury President, Bill Chambers, says there are a few tickets remaining.

Some topics include Addressing Maryland’s Energy Challenges, Delmarva’s housing crisis, and emerging industries on the shore.
