Ocean Pines Association hosts Swim with Santa at the indoor pool Saturday
OCEAN PINES, Md. – There is holiday cheer all around the country ahead of Christmas. In Worcester County, there is plenty to be happy about.
The community is invited for a swimming pool with Santa Claus in the indoor heated sports core.
The event will take place on Saturday, December 20th from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. It will feature crafts, music, games, and food.
Entry for swim members is $8 and residents $10.
Ocean Pines officials say this is about making a splash, by bringing the community together.
“We really want to bring the community together, have some fun, especially right now for the holidays,” said Sarah Ash. “These kind of events that we have in Ocean Pines are open to the public, not just Ocean Pines residents. So we urge everyone across Delmarva to come out if you’re available.”
For non residents, it’s a $12 dollar entry fee.
Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the facility.
Any children that cannot swim or wears a flotation device must be accompanied by an adult in the pool.
