New Four-Way Stops Coming to Seaford

SEAFORD, Del. – The City of Seaford will be installing new four-way stops at two intersections in the town.

One four-way stop will be implemented at the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Market Street. The other will be implemented at the intersection of Ross Station Road and Market Street Extended.

The installation of sidewalks and ADA handicap accessible ramps is included in the the scheduled work. No roads will be closed during the installation, but lanes may be reduced down to single file traffic for periods.

Construction is slated to begin on Dec. 10 and conclude around the second week of January.
