MILLSBORO, Del. – The Millsboro Police Department arrested three teens in the early hours of Friday morning after conducting a traffic stop on their vehicle.
At 12:03 a.m. on Dec. 19, police pulled over the car after observing it speeding on Millsboro Highway near Godwin School Road. When officers approached the vehicle to speak with the driver, they detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside.
