Four Inmates Graduate from Tattoo Pathway Program
SMYRNA, Del. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming from the Delaware Department of Corrections.
The first four inmate tattoo artist apprentices at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center have graduated from their pathway program.
Now, they’re set with skills that can lead them to success once they re-enter society. The graduates spent the last 18 months learning about tattooing safety and artistry.
