Easton Crash Sends Two to Shock Trauma Center
EASTON, Md. – A three-vehicle accident on Wednesday afternoon resulted in two men being airlifted to Maryland Shock Trauma.
At 1:55 p.m. on Dec. 3, officers with the Easton Police Department (EPD) responded to westbound Route 50 at Chapel Road. Upon arrival on the scene, officers and crews with Talbot County Paramedics located a 66-year-old male and a 73-year-old male who had sustained life threatening injuries. Maryland State Police Aviation was requested for transport of the individuals to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
Route 50 was closed for several hours while investigators with the Maryland State Police CRASH Team and EPD were investigating to the cause of the crash.
