Burglarly at Vincenzo’s in Dover

DOVER, Del. – The Dover Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at a restaurant early Saturday morning.

Police say their investigation began at 9:14 a.m. when they responded to Vincenzo’s on Forrest Avenue following the report of a burglary. Upon arrival on the scene, police contacted an employee. 

A preliminary investigation revealed that at 6:06 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the business through an unsecured door. Once inside, the suspect removed money from the business and left.

Police have no leads to release at this time.
