SEAFORD, Del. – The Seaford Police Department (SPD) announced that they assisted Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in pursuing an individual on Thursday morning.

On Nov. 6 at 8:20 a.m., Seaford Police officers were requested to assist ICE agents who were attempting to take a subject into custody near a business located at 22880 Sussex Highway. The subject allegedly physically resisted federal agents, before fleeing and hiding under a nearby utility trailer.
