MD Fire Marshal Investigating Barn Fire in Federalsburg
FEDERALSBURG, Md. – The Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal is investigating a fire that destroyed a barn on Sunday night.
On Nov. 16 at 11:21 p.m., the Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Company responded to Three Bridges Road following the report of a fire. The blaze was reportedly discovered by a neighbor.
Twenty-five firefighters responded and battled the fire for one hour. The total damage sustained in the fire is estimated to be around $170,000. No injuries were reported.
