Veggie Dip/Spread

Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
small clove of garlic
lemon zest from half of a lemon
dash of cumin
bundle of arugula (optional substitute: kale, spinach)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste
- Combine chickpeas, garlic, lemon zest, cumin, and arugula in a food processor.
- Begin to pulverise ingredients until combined.
- Drizzle in olive oil as needed to thin out texture.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
