Making Veggie Dip on Cooking with Lynn

Veggie Dip/Spread

Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
small clove of garlic
lemon zest from half of a lemon
dash of cumin
bundle of arugula (optional substitute: kale, spinach)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Combine chickpeas, garlic, lemon zest, cumin, and arugula in a food processor.
  2. Begin to pulverise ingredients until combined.
  3. Drizzle in olive oil as needed to thin out texture.
  4. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
