Glen Avenue to Close Temporarily Over Weekend

SALISBURY, Md. – A portion of Glen Avenue will be closed over the upcoming weekend while the Civic Center hosts the Governors Challenge Collegiate.

For the safety of attendees, the portion of Glen Avenue between St. Albans Drive and Civic Avenue will be closed Friday, Nov. 21, at 8:00 a.m. through Sunday, Nov. 23, at 9:00 p.m.

The main entrance to the Wicomico Civic Center parking lot is closed as part of ongoing renovations at the venue. Visitors are advised to access the main parking lot through the Memorial Plaza or North Park Drive entrances.

Visitors should stay on pedestrian walkways and follow posted wayfinding signage to enter through the doors labeled Offices, Midway & Danang Rooms. Box office operations are located in the reception area in the main office.
