DSP Investigating Shots Fired at Seaford VFW Post

SEAFORD, Del. – The Delaware State Police (DSP) are investigating a shots fired incident that took place Friday night.

At approximately 11:00 p.m. on Oct. 31, troopers responded to the VFW Virgil Wilson Post on Middleford Road for a report of shots fired. A preliminary investigation by police revealed that at the conclusion of an event, a fight occurred between several people in the parking lot. Moments later, multiple gun shots were heard in the area. No injuries were reported as result of the gun shots.

The DSP Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit continues to investigate this incident. Detectives ask anyone with relevant information to contact Detective H. Lingo at (302) 752-3864.
