Business leaders excited about Winterfest of Lights in Ocean City

Winterfest Of Lights

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Winterfest of Lights is celebrating 33 years in Ocean City. The huge winter wonderland runs until December 31st, at the 58 acre Northside Park in Ocean City.

It features the beloved enchanted winter with new displays and reworked configuration.

The story also has an awe-inspiring 50 foot Christmas Tree.

Admission is $6, and free for children 11 years and younger.

Ocean City Chamber of Commerce CEO Amy Thompson calls it the best time of the year.

“I don’t know, I love this time of year, it gets dark early, and then these lights warm it up for us. I’ve already seen businesses who haver already started decorating, and it just feels good.”

Winterfest of Lights is open every night – excluding in bad weather.
