Seaford Lieutenant Celebrates 25 Years

SEAFORD, Del. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming from the Seaford Police Department.

Earlier this month, Seaford Police and city officials gathered to celebrate Lieutenant Matt Mills’ 25th anniversary with the city.

Multiple coworkers shared stores and memories from working with him over the years, being sure to celebrate with lunch and a cake.
