Making Beet Greens on Cooking with Lynn

Sauteed Beet Greens
Serves: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
beet greens, washed
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
salt & pepper, to taste
parmesan cheese, as desired

  1. Stack your beet greens together, and begin cutting them into thin strips.
  2. Place beet greens in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and add smashed garlic clove. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Plate, and top with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese, as desired.
  5. Enjoy!
