SALISBURY, Md. – October’s Third Friday is here! Enjoy an exciting evening of science, music, and community fun in the heart of downtown.
Attendees can expect hands-on science experiments with local mad scientists, a spooky Halloween performance by Feet of Fire, and some groovin’ live music. This month’s live music lineup features Rachel Jayne & Friends at Unity Square, and Josh Pryor on the Plaza, setting the perfect soundtrack for a night of science, creativity, and community celebration. This is the third TAPS event, so eligible adults will be able to have a drink downtown while the event takes place.
On Saturday, attend the Salisbury Zoo’s largest event of the year: Halloween Happening! This is a family-friendly celebration where guests of all ages can dress up in their favorite costumes. Children aged 12-years-old and under can enjoy a trick-or-treating adventure through the Zoo. Follow the candy trail, take part in exciting costume contests, and enjoy live entertainment, games, and seasonal fun! Grab your tickets here.
The Good Beer Festival, hosted by Wicomico County, is going on this weekend as well. Head out to Pemberton Park in Salisbury on Friday and Saturday for unlimited tastings of craft brews, music, games, food and peddlers of crafty and unique items. Regular drinking tickets are $43 including fees.
