U.S. Wind responds to Trump Administration and Federal Government rejection

OCEAN CITY, Md. – An update for the U.S. Wind offshore wind project saga. The offshore wind developer has filed a cross-claim against the Trump Administration and Federal Government.

They are alleged to have already received approval from the previous Biden administration. Making claims that what President Trump is doing is illegal.

They have asked that the District Court indefinitely prevent the administration from impeding the project.

President Trump, along with his staff, has expressed their opposition to offshore wind projects. Many on the East Coast have been halted so far.
