Two-story home catches fire in Georgetown

Georgetown, Del. – The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a house fire in Georgetown.

Around 6:10 a.m. Wednesday morning, the Georgetown Fire Company and several other units responded to the residential fire in the 24000 block of Shortly Road.

Upon arrival, crews found a two-story wood frame residence fully involved.

No other information has been released at this time.
