Pride of Baltimore II to Return to Cambridge

(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – In Cambridge, a historic ship is making its way back to the Choptank River.

The Pride of Baltimore will be making its way to the Cambridge Harbor in late October, offering tours of the Chesapeake Bay.

Dorchester County Tourism Director, Holly Gilpin spoke said the city is excited to welcome the tall ship back, and to take part in highlighting this piece of Maryland history.

“To stand here at Long Wharf and watch the Pride come up the Choptank River, It is absolutely beautiful. And it really takes you back in time to see that historic tall ship right here in our harbor,” says Dorchester County Tourism Director, Holly Gilpin.
