Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, broken into small chunks
1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup of breadcrumbs
dash of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 egg (optional)
hot sauce or buffalo sauce of choice

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. Combine parmesan, bread crumbs, and garlic powder together in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and egg and mix until combined.
  4. Coat chunks of cauliflower in bread crumb mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Add a hot sauce or buffalo sauce of your choosing to kick up the spice level.
  7. Enjoy!
