Getting a gold leaf on the Reflection of Life sculpture is 50% off

OCEAN CITY, Md. – The lobby of the Roland E. Powell Convention Center houses a special sculpture. The Reflections of Life metal tree sculpture honors loved ones and commemorates the special occasion with a gold leaf attached.

Donna Greenwood, the chairperson, said now is the best time to donate and get a leaf, as the Ocean City Beautification Committee maintains the tree.

“The tree is just about settled, as there are only a few gold leaves left, and we’re going to be selling them at half price.”

Until November 1st, community members can purchase a gold leaf for $250.
