Crop Duster Crashes East of Dover

DOVER, Del. – Crews from multiple fire companies responded to the scene of a crop duster that crashed in the area of Chandelle Airport on Tuesday afternoon.

The crash, located just east of Dover, occurred around 4:00 p.m. Crews from Leipsic Fire Department, Little Creek Fire Department, and Dover Air Force Base Fire Department all responded to the scene. The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control was requested at the scene for leaking fuel.

No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
