MAC Inc. Workshop to Help People Manage Diabetes
SALISBURY, Md. – Learn how to better manage your Type 2 diabetes through MAC’s free Diabetes Workshop.
The free workshop will be held Tuesdays, Sept. 30 to Nov. 4, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the MAC Center on Snow Hill Road in Salisbury.
The free 6-week interactive workshop is beneficial for Type 2 Diabetics, pre-diabetics and their caregivers.
Topics include:
• Healthy eating – learn what healthy eating is and how diet affects your condition
• Productivity – Learn how exercise, diet and your mind work together to be more productive
• Take Control – Learn how to work with your doctor and family to manage your condition and take control of your life
