Brew River Adoption Event

Salisbury, Md- Brew River is holding an adoption event this Thursday.

Grassroots Rescue from Delaware will be on hand with information about pets up for adoption. Brew River manager, Nicky Litton said it’s part of an effort to highlight different organizations around the shore.

“Every Thursday here at Blue River, we have guests bartending, and we like to have different organizations come out and do guest bartending with us. And that is an opportunity for them to raise money and then for us to also give back to the different community organizations.” Litton said.

Part of the proceeds spent at Brew River’s Dock bar will go towards grassroot rescue.

Litton shared why doing this event is so important. “I think it helps get the word out because it’s a different organization than what people are usually used to and they service Delaware. So it helps people in Delaware get a little more in touch with the different organizations there as well.” she said. 

The event will take place August 7th at 4 at Brew River’s Dock bar.
