Planet Fitness Trainer Jeremy Smoot has a special 4th of July fitness routine you can try.
The workout uses the American flag as inspiration by focusing on what the stripes and stars represent.
Each exercise is 13 reps for 50 seconds.
You can use weighted resistance to add tension or use your own body weight to work your muscles.
