Milford man arrested for trespassing

FELTON, DE – A Milford man was arrested last week after police say he was caught on surveillance video trespassing at a home in Felton.

Allen E. Cane Jr., 53, was identified as the suspect seen on a bicycle taking photos on the porch of a residence on the 100 block of East High Street on June 20, according to the Felton Police Department.

Police located Cane on July 3 on East Main Street, where he was taken into custody without incident.

He was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, issued a no-contact order with the victim, and released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
