Glen Avenue in Salisbury to close for 11 days

SALISBURY, Md. — Starting July 7 and running through July 18, Glen Avenue, from Beaver Dam Drive/Parkway Avenue to Hillside Drive/Long Avenue, will be closed and only open to local traffic.

The City of Salisbury’s Department of Waterworks will conduct essential improvements to the Glen Avenue lift station as part of ongoing efforts to improve, repair, and maintain the City’s Sewer Collection System.

Drivers and pedestrians are advised to seek alternative routes and use caution in the area.
