Cambridge City Manager’s Office Offering Weekend Hours

(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – The City of Cambridge is looking to give more opportunities for residents to meet with local leadership.

The Cambridge City Manager’s Office will be holding Saturday office hours from 9 A.M. to noon.

City Manager Glenn Steckman says this is done for those who can’t make it to City Hall during the regular business hours throughout the week.

It also helps to bolster the relationship between residents and the city.

“We’re trying to establish trust between our residents and the city. We want them to know that the city is working for them. We don’t operate 9 to 5…” says Steckman.

Steckman says this is a solution he employed as a city manager, prior to moving to Cambridge.
