Berlin head to Maryland Majors Little League Championship

SALISBURY, Md.- Berlin hold off Baltimore to advance to the Maryland Major Little League Championship Wednesday afternoon in Salisbury.

Berlin would start off strong in the first inning scoring three runs to Baltimore’s one.

In the second inning Berlin and Baltimore would both score one run, Berlin up 4-2 going into the third inning.

Berlin would go on to add one more run in the top of the fourth inning.

Baltimore would catch their stride in the fifth inning scoring three runs and tying the game going into the sixth inning.

Top of the Sixth inning Berlin would be able to score one more run and hold off Baltimore from scoring as they advance to the Maryland Majors Little League Championship Game.

Berlin will face off against Montgomery County Thur, July 24, 6 pm at West Salisbury Little League.
