Wicomico Co. employee recognized for 50 years

WICOMICO CO., Md. – Congratulations to Dave L Tolbert in the Wicomico County Roads Department.

He was honored by County Executive Julie Giordano to celebrate his 50 years of service. Tolbert started with the department in 1975.
