Town of Fenwick accepting bids for upcoming channel markers project

FENWICK ISLAND, Del. – The Town of Fenwick is searching for bids for an upcoming channel markers project.

A pre-bid meeting is being held this Wednesday, June 18th, at 1 p.m. at the Office of the Town Manager in the Fenwick Island Town Hall. Officials say attendance at the meeting is recommended for all prospective bidders.

The work involves furnishing of all labor, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to intall the identified channel markers and removal of six channel markers deemed unnecessary for two recently dredged channels in the Little Assawoman Bay.

Sealed bids for the Town of Fenwick Island, 2025 Channel Markers Project, Project Number 202501, will be accepted until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 2nd, at the Office of the Town Council Treasurer at Town Hall. At this time they will be oepened, read, and recorded.

Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked clearly as follows: Proposal for Fenwick Island, 2025 Channel Markers Project (Project No. 2025-01).
