Police working to identify man in connection to disappearance of Salisbury woman

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man in connection to the investigation of a missing Salisbury woman.

Police are working to identify the pictured man in connection to the disappearance of 25-year-old Shaquanna Rutherford, who police say has been missing for over three weeks.
