Milton man arrested following disorderly incident involving handgun
MILTON, Del. – A Milton man is behind bars on charges stemming from a disorderly incident earlier this week.
Delaware State Police were called to Lawns Unlimited just after 7:30 a.m. Monday for a reported disorderly person. It was learned that a man, later identified as 45-year-old Chad Tylecki, yelled at a Lawns Unlimited employee from his nearby home, during which he allegedly opened his jacket and revealed a firearm in his waistband.
Tylecki was located at his residence and found in possession of a loaded handgun in his waistband. It was further learned that he is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition.
He was held at SCI on a $46,100 cash bond for aggravated menacing, disorderly conduct, and two counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited.
