Long Neck man arrested for illegally selling alcohol

SEAFORD, Del. – The Delaware Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement has arrested a Long Neck man for reportedly selling alcohol without a license.

After receiving a tip, DATE launched an investigation into the establishment I.Y.K.Y.K. Social Hall, located at 24964 Sussex Highway in Seaford. It was determined that the location did not have a license to sell alcoholic beverages, and undercover personnel were able to purchase alcohol from the establishment.

On Friday, officers were assisted by Delaware State Police in executing a search warrant at the establishment. Illegal alcohol was seized from the establishment, and 47-year-old Lytain Dukes was subsequently arrested and charged with selling alcoholic liquor without a license, illegal storage of alcoholic liquor, and leading the public to believe they are authorized to sell alcoholic liquor.
