Dine, Stay & Play back in OC for 9th season

OCEAN CITY, Md. – The United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore is gearing up for its annual summer-long fundraising event.

Dine, Stay & Play returns to Ocean City for its 9th season, helping to raise funds for families who are dependent on the organization.

Over a dozen OC establishments are participating this year and they’re hoping to raise more than $26,000– all of that money staying on the Shore.

“The dollars that we raise stay local. Our footprint is Worcester, Wicomico, Somerset and Dorchester counties, so all of our direct programs and those partner agencies are somewhere in that four-county footprint,” said Ryan Jackson with UWLES.
