Delaware State Police Announce Arrest in Hit & Run

(BETHEL, Del) – We have an update on that fatal hit and run in Bethel.

The victim is a 78 year old woman. Delaware State Police saying the suspect and her car has been identified as a 23 year old Milford woman behind the wheel of a 2012 Buick Lacrosse.

Investigators saying she’s now facing charges.

“Crash investigators were able to not only identify the vehicle involved but locate the driver. We made contact with the driver and she is currently incarcerated,” says DSP Corporal Lewis Briggs.
