Cooking with Lynn: chia and oat pudding with seasonal fruit
WMDT – We are back in Lynn Matava’s kitchen.
Lynn is a Nutrition Educator with the University of Maryland Extension.
Today, Lynn has a recipe for chia oat pudding.
We’re told this dish is very filling and will help keep you energized, as it’s composed of a lot of soluble fiber.
It can also help lower cholesterol levels which is beneficial to your heart health.
You can mix milk or water, sunflower butter, oats, chia seeds, and yogurt to let sit overnight.
Then, use a few pieces of fruit as toppings.
