Cambridge PD Investigating Wednesday Homicide

(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – Cambridge Police are searching for a suspect in connecting to a deadly shooting Wednesday night.

Police say the shooting took place just after eight-thirty, killing 45 year old Steven Dennis.

The incident took place at the intersection of Westside Bypass and Hudson Road. Law enforcement tell us that there were several witnesses.

“From information that we gathered at the scene when several cars were stopped at the stop sign at that intersection, some sort of an encounter occurred between our victim and the driver of another vehicle, at which time victims reported hearing a single gunshot,” says Cambridge Police Captain, Ronald Hinson.
