UPDATE: $4,000 reward now offered for information regarding missing Salisbury man

SALISBURY, Md. – A $4,000 reward is now being offered for information in the case of a missing Salisbury man.

52-year-old Richard David Beals Jr. was reported missing on October 19, 2024, and was last seen in a wooded area near Still Meadow Boulevard around July 17, 2024.

Further investigation revealed that Beals is homeless and was reportedly living in the Mildale area of Salisbury.
