Vacant house fire in Hebron under investigation

HEBRON, Md. – Maryland State Fire Marshals are investigating a vacant house fire in Hebron.

The blaze was reported at around 4 a.m. Monday, at 305 Chestnut Street. Crews were able to control the fire in approximately 45 minutes.

Investigators believe the fire was incendiary and started inside of the structure. Total damage has been estimated at $40,000.
