Seaford PD celebrates first female Lieutenant

SEAFORD, Del. – Congratulations to Valerie Horn on becoming the first female Lieutenant at the Seaford Police Department.

She has worked nearly 20 years in law enforcement, and city leaders say she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and problem solving abilities.
