Police investigating shots fired at teen in Dover

DOVER, Del. – In Dover — Police are investigating shorts fired at Simon Circle.

According to police, around 2:30 pm, an officer was in the Simon circle area when they heard shots being fired.

When more officers arrived, they learned a 17-year-old had been shot at, but was uninjured.

There are no leads at this time, but the suspect was a black male in dark clothing.
