IRSD names Teacher of the Year

LONG NECK, Del. – Amanda Howard has been named Indian River School District’s Teacher of the Year.

Mrs. Howard is a kindergarten teacher at Long Neck Elementary and was chosen out of 15 candidates. She will now go on to represent the district at the state level.
