Hartly first grader wins poster contest

HARTLY, Del. – Congratulations to Beau Bowman, a first grader at Harly Elementary School, for winning the Delaware Forest Service’s Arbor Day Poster contest in Kent County.

Students were tasked with highlighting the importance of trees in our communities and how they make a positive impact in Delawareans’ lives.
