UPDATE: Harrington man arrested for stealing vehicles
5/30 UPDATE: The Delaware State Fire Marshals Office has charged Douglas Moore for setting one of the stolen vehicles on fire.
Following the investigation, Moore was charged with second degree arson and second degree conspiracy. He was held at SCI on a $12,000 secured bond.

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police have arrested a Harrington man for motor vehicle theft and other charges.
On May 20th, the Milford Police received two reports of a stolen vehicle and an attempted theft of a vehicle at Milford Movies 9. It was learned that the unknown suspect(s) reportedly set one of the stolen vehicles on fire after stealing it.
Further investigation led police to identify one of the suspects as 18-year-old Douglas Moore of Harrington. Moore has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle, attempted theft of a motor vehicle, second degree conspiracy, and criminal mischief $1000 but less than $5000. He was later released on a $7,000 unsecured bail.
The second suspect is still unknown.
