Emerging Leader: Julleanna Seely

WMDT – It’s Monday and that means it’s time to introduce you to a new emerging leader.

Seely Homes LLC, based in Bridgeville, was recently awarded the 2025 torch award for business ethics.

This morning, Julleanna Seely, part-owner of Seely Homes LLC, stopped by to tell us more about this achievement.

We’re told they started over five years ago out of their greenwood home but have since expanded.

They’ve custom built homes in Bridgeville, Kent, and Sussex County.

Seely says they recently got licensed for Maryland.
