Capital School District offers resources for homeless

DOVER, Del. – Capital School District is making a difference in the lives of students experiencing homelessness.

The district’s Community Center offers a fully stocked pantry, household supply, and clothing closet, as well as a computer testing center for GED students. Its located inside the Solid Rock Church’s Community Outreach Center on North Street.
