Bill Chambers visits Good Morning Delmarva to discuss Taste of the Town

WMDT – Taste of the Town is right around the corner on Thursday, June 5th.

It’s an opportunity to try dishes from some of Delmarva’s best restaurants.

This morning, Bill Chambers, President and CEO of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, stopped by Good Morning Delmarva to tell us what you can expect to see.

We’re told this is the event’s 16th year.

It’s very popular because chefs enjoy getting to experiment and showcase some of their staples.

Chambers says there were will chefs preparing special desserts, simple tastes, and signature dishes for attendees to try.

It’s a chance to taste a variety of different flavors from cultures all around the world.

There will also be live music, door prizes, and adult beverages available.

The event takes places at 5 p.m. at Dove Pointe in Salisbury, MD.
