Andrew “Andy” Kitzrow named Town Manager of Easton

EASTON, Md. — The Town of Easton has named Andrew “Andy” Kitzrow as its new Town Manager, effective immediately.

Kitzrow joins Easton following his tenure as Salisbury’s City Administrator, a role he has held since 2023. Prior to that, he served as Deputy City Administrator from 2017 to 2023. In his new position, Kitzrow will oversee daily operations of the town, provide leadership to municipal staff, and serve as a liaison among the mayor, Town Council, town leadership, and residents.

“Every new beginning comes from the courage to let go of the familiar,” Kitzrow said. “As I step into the role of Town Manager for Easton, I do so with great excitement for the opportunities that lie ahead.”

Kitzrow’s appointment marks a new chapter in Easton’s civic leadership as the town continues to focus on strategic growth and resident-centered governance.
